Cancellation Policy

Booking Fees: Your appointment is very important to Ashley Parkes Clinical Nutrition. To ensure that your appointment is reserved for you, full payment of fees will be required at time of booking. Cancellation/Rescheduling Fees: We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate your understanding that ours is too. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made, and request that all cancellation or rescheduling of appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within the 24-hour period prior to the appointment date and time will be charged a cancellation/rescheduling fee of 50% of the full consultation fee for the first cancellation. Any further cancellations or rescheduling within the 24-hour period prior to the appointment date and time thereafter will incur the full consultation fee. Ashley Parkes Clinical Nutrition reserves the right to refuse any future appointment bookings should there be more than two appointments cancelled/rescheduled within the 24-hour period. Failure to present for an appointment will be treated as a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice and a cancellation fee will be charged to the client’s account. A rebooking and/or refund may be requested if an appointment is cancelled prior to the 24-hour period. All appointment bookings made may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to that appointment time at no additional cost. However, Ashley Parkes Clinical Nutrition reserves the right to limit the number of times that an appointment can be re-scheduled. Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made via phone or email. Confirmation of Appointment: Ashley Parkes Clinical Nutrition will confirm your appointment via email or text message 1-2 days prior to said appointment. Regardless of whether a confirmation exchange was received, should an appointment be cancelled within the 24-hour period prior to the scheduled appointment time, cancellation fees will still apply.
